After 8 years of going to anime conventions I finally decided to cosplay! Yay!
I have entered a new world, one that before I have merely gazed upon from the outside. That has finally changed and like a little fish in a huge ocean, I now look outside and wonder "why did I not start cosplaying earlier?". The community has welcomed the new guy with open arms and a friendly smile. I met so many wonderful people over this past ACEN that it makes my head spin with awesomeness. That being said, I'm here to stay!

I tell ya, going to an Anime convention without dressing up is just no fun. I had to do it this year (not dress up; you commented earlier on my Judgement outfit plans, but I unfortunately didn't get done in time 
) and it's just not the same.
But you have a good outlook! If only my friend were more like you; I'd like him to dress up when we go but he insists on only taking pictures. He won't even dress up as the guy from Dead Rising even though he's a photographer!
